Why doesn't the ladybird send any values?

The ladybird is in sleep mode and is currently not sending any values.
This may be due to the following reasons:
- No body temperature detected - The ladybird only activates when it has body contact. Make sure it is positioned correctly. Find out here how to attach the ladybird correctly to your child's clothing.
- Distance to the transmitter/receiver station too great - The Ladybird uses Bluetooth class 3 with the lowest possible transmission power to communicate with the station. This ensures maximum safety for your child and limits the range to the station to around 4 metres. If your child moves further away, the connection between the Ladybird and the station will be interrupted.
- Check the battery status - The battery in the Ladybird must be sufficiently charged. If the battery is empty, please charge it fully.
Solution:
- Move the ladybird closer to the transmitter/receiver station.
- Check the position on your child's body.
- Make sure the battery is charged.
- Make sure that the transmitter/receiver station is connected to the power supply and that the Internet connectivity LED on the side is constantly blue.
As soon as the ladybird is back within range, has physical contact (i.e. detects a temperature above 35°C) and is sufficiently charged, the values will be displayed automatical
🌡️ Temperature sensor requires warm-up time: After attaching it to your child, it may take a few minutes for the temperature sensor to adjust to the body temperature and reliably display the first values.
