To ensure that your ladybird sensor always works optimally, it is important to charge it correctly. You can find all the necessary information about the power supply here:
Inductive charging
The sensor is charged wirelessly using inductive charging technology.
This is how you successfully charge the sensor:
- Place the ladybird in the charging case of the transmitter/receiver station connected to the power supply.
- Wait until the charging status LED lights up blue. This signals that the charging process is active.
- Track the charging status in the app. The current charging progress and battery status are displayed here at all times.
Important notes on the charging process:
Charging time: The sensor requires approx. 90 minutes to fully charge.IMPORTANT: Do not interrupt the charging process: Wait until the sensor is fully charged before removing it from the charging cradle.
The charging cycle:
- In the first phase, the charge level rises quickly.
- Towards the end, it takes longer to reach full capacity.
- The last 10% takes the longest.
IMPORTANT: Avoid removing early: If the sensor is removed from the charging station too early, it may discharge more quickly.
