Possible causes for flashing LED (d):

Insufficient power source: In order for the transmitter/receiver station of your MARY by sticklett MOON to establish an internet connection, it must be connected to a power source using a suitable USB-C cable and power adapter (2A, approved for current smartphones). If you do not have a compatible connection available, we recommend using our version.

Outside the connectivity range: MARY's internet connection is available throughout the EU, including the UK and Switzerland. If you are outside this range with MARY by sticklett or want to take the system with you on holiday and need a connection in another country, you can order our World tariff for MARY here.

Establishing a connection: Once the station is connected to the power supply, the device automatically establishes a mobile Internet connection. Once a stable Internet connection is established, the LED (d) on the side lights up blue continuously. This process can take up to a few minutes, during which time the LED flashes.

Initial activation: The integrated GSIM is activated during the initial installation. This process can take a few minutes, during which time the LED will flash.

Unfavourable position: If the LED on the side (d) flashes continuously, this may be due to a weak Internet signal or an insufficient power supply. Replace the power supply and place the station in a different position.

Problem still persisting? If the LED (d) on the side continues to flash and none of the above solutions have helped, please contact our customer support. We will be happy to help you!
