The power LED on the station does not light up

Please check that the station is connected to the power supply and that you are using an intact cable with a power supply unit.

For MARY by sticklett MOON:

Check in the settings whether the lighting is set to ‘auto-off’.

Tap on the cogwheel symbol at the top of the app and select ‘on’ for the indicator light (LED). Then save the setting.
