I have lost my MARY activation code. What should I do?

The MARY activation code is automatically saved in the app once the system has been successfully paired with your smartphone.
You can find it in the app under Menu → Product Info or in the child’s profile under ‘Assigned Mary’
You can use the QR code saved in the app to easily allow other people (e.g. your partner, grandparents, midwife, doctor, etc.) to connect to your MARY by sticklett. You can also copy and share the code using the icon next to it.
App uninstalled
To do this, take a photo of the back of your round MARY Station (where a QR code is visible) and attach the image to your support enquiry.
We will then be happy to generate a new activation code for you.
